SVA “Strategic Governance” Workshop Testimonials

The idea that Corporate Governance was about developing us into strategic assets to sustain a competitive advantage through the formation and implementation of strategic plans was very interesting.

I did not expect to take away as much information - valuable information - as I did from Mark Sickles’ presentation.

I hoped to gain a broader understanding of Corp. Governance and yes, I achieved it and more. Mark brought more to the topic than I anticipated....way beyond my former definition of the topic.

What I found most beneficial in this session was theory that can be translated into actual "work". I took extensive notes and as of yesterday began actual implementation of Pulling a Future to my management team. Working from Mark's materials and my notes, I was able to bring a new approach and idea to my people. They are energized as now we are working on "outside in" thinking for future strategies.  They see that this new approach is creative, fun and most importantly, involves them and their input from the front lines.
