Jack Casper
Jack Casper is a graduate of Drexel University, Oklahoma State University, and Harvard Business School. Jack has held
various executive operating and financial positions, domestically and internationally for both private and public
companies. His focus in these various positions has been the management of capital and restructuring for superior
returns. Jack also consults for family-owned businesses about strategy and financial performance. He currently is
on the board of Global Academy Online, serves as the Treasurer of The Pi Kappa Phi Foundation, and is an advisory
board member of the Krall Center for Corporate and Executive Education.
Mark W. Sickles
Mark W. Sickles is an advisor to boards of directors and top management teams, and founding principal of Mark W.
Sickles, LLC. (www.markwsickles.com) He is the author of Shareholder Value Assurance — The Cure for Enronitis and
The Mark W. Sickles Handbook for Well-Intended Boards and Directors, plus numerous articles on achieving long-term
shareholder value published by Directors Monthly and Directors & Boards Magazine. Mark is also the creator of
Shareholder Value Assurance, a "disruptive innovation" methodology increasingly embraced by the business, investment
and lending communities as their common language, common ground and common cause. Mark has served as adjunct professor
and faculty member at The Singapore Institute of Management, American Management Association, and Rutgers University.

Having served as a Fortune 500 “C” level executive and corporate officer, Mark is also the founding President, CEO and
member of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors
