    Described by Financial Times’ Agenda as an allocation hardliner, Mark is also a keynote speaker, author, inventor, and management scientist. He has created billions of dollars of shareholder value for multiple firms in multiple industry sectors. In his role as Chairman of the MENA Region Corporate Governance Congress in Dubai, Mark led a global team of board directors and governance influencers in the creation of The Universal Purpose of Corporate Governance. He has educated business professionals in his Einsteinian-based management technology at the Singapore Institute of Management, Rutgers University, St. Bonaventure University, AT&T, and American Management Association. Mark has also served as a CEO mentor at the Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and Pacific Community Ventures. He is teaching his proprietary course, The CFO of the Future – Transforming Into a Chief Capital Officer, through his partnership with Financial Executives International.
